Good grip and can transition from boat to water to boat great and drys really quick.Pros: cute,protect feet, Cons: fabric insert came out in the 1st week & my daughter found them uncomfortable & did not want to wear themThe shoes were decent quality given the price. The fit was good as well. However, my son wore them for a couple of hours and began complaining that his feet hurt. I asked him where it hurt and he showed me that he had several sores on the tops of his toes. There is a seam near the toes that was rubbing on his toes and causing friction. He had rubbed the skin raw on top of several toes on both feet and it was painful enough that he could not wear the shoes any longer.These shoes were perfect for the beach - they protected her feet from the hot sand/boardwalk and any sharp shells. Back home we also live near a rocky ocean, so the shoes were great from protecting her feet. Even after every day use, they maintained their integrity and weren’t falling apart. I would clean the sand out at the end of every day and leave them to dry. They do stay on very well - I will say we lost one on our final day at the beach, but we were in some very strong currents and the wave hit us just right to suction one off! At the end of the day, I didn’t feel bad because they were like $8. We are planning on buying a pair to replace the first, that’s how much we loved them!I ordered these for my special needs daughter to go to camp as she has mobility issues and cannot wear flip flops to the pool. Surprisingly she is now wearing them every day in our own pool. She said that she drags her toes some in the pool and scrapes up her feet. These shoes are protecting her toes. So what I thought was just something she’d use for a week is now being used daily. They have faded fairly quickly, but she leaves them outside a lot in the Florida sun, so that’s expected.Bought for my 4yo! I went a size bigger (he’s a 10c in shoes and got a 11) And I’m glad I did! They fit great on him and there easy for him to put on by himself! I wash them in the washer and still in tack, so a plus for that. I love that it has a rubber sole with grips on bottom so he doesn’t slip. The top it’s fabric, so it’s not super heavy on him while swimming or getting out of the pool.Great buy! Would recommend!Snug to foot, but the bottom plastic is thin.
