Well, the pin which secured the handle onto the valve (must have the pin) wasn't included. This made the installation more difficult because I had to straighten and reuse the old pin. For someone who couldn't do this (no tools, pin broken/lost, etc) this would be very frustrating. The durability is still to be determined; it's been installed for 6 months and so far, so good. But I wouldn't anticipate a handle breaking anytime soon based on frequency of use.
