I got this set at the end of last summer for our new pool. Didn't get to use it much then but it is good quality and came with lots of items for the price you pay. Dumbells are good and sturdy, waist thing actually fits around both me and my husband! We are both quite large so I was surprised. Have not used the gloves yet but will soon. There is a sheet included that shows drawings of what you can do with each item, plus what to do with combined items for different results. We have both used the set in the few warm days so far, and plan to use them daily as soon as the pool reaches mid-80's. I might order another set for my husband and one for a friend so we can excercise together and encourage each other.I laminated the two-sided instruction sheet to keep it dry and will let you know how it goes.
