These shoes really worked out for my son. We live in Colorado and spend a lot of time in rivers and lakes. Now that my little one can walk, I felt it imperative for him to have adequate shoe protection while he’s in the water. These did not disappoint! They hold up well and protect his little feet from all the rocks. They are really cute too. The colors are bright and the shoes are super lightweight. My son doesn’t mind them one bit. He actually keeps them on. I sized up based on other reviews, but found that they actually ran a little big. Even when wet they were still a little big on him. I don’t mind though, it still fits good enough for him to wear now plus a little room for him to grow into. My only real complaint is that they had a weird chemically smell when I took them out the bag, it did go away after I aired them out though so no big deal. Overall I would recommend these shoes for your little ones
