How do I get a part exchange?It worked as designedItem shipped was not an original Pentair part. It was made by "Optimum Pool Technologies". It was similar in size and shape and it fit in the heater. It worked for about 30 minutes. I used my meter on it and it was stuck open. Bypassed it with a jumper for now. It was sold by "Pool Supply Guy", guess he has some knock offs that "work just like original equipment".Arrived fast and worked perfectly. My pool heater fired right up as soon as it was installed.This item was required because the last one was damaged. I think you changed it easily and fast.Many thanks !Was open circuit upon arrival. Just bypassed the wiring to it. All it does is checks temp of water when it is leaving the manifold.Not a Pentair product. product description needs to be changed.Replaced some old items on our pool heater pump. Satisfied with purchase.
