It says true to size. I ordered the size I always order, 8, and they were much too large. I then ordered a size 7 and they were exactly the same size as the size 8! Very disappointing!these are a good fit comfortable and easy to wear and they fit as expectedI bought these water shoes for my recent trip to Hawaii. I have a friend who stepped on a sea urchin when he was snorkeling in Hawaii, and that was something I was not willing to risk, so I wanted a water shoe with a hard sole.I was not sure what size to order since I am a 6 1/2, and the shoes do not come in half sizes. Based on other reviews I read, they tend to run a bit large, so I ordered a size 6. They fit perfect. I have a pretty wide foot and they were wide enough to accommodate that as well. I wore them for several hours at a time with no problem. They have an easy to adjust cord on the back so you can slip them on and off, then tighten them up to stay secure.These water shoes are seem to be very well made. The hard sole protected my feet while walking on rocky beaches and hot sand, yet they were light-weight enough to swim and snorkel in. They were very comfortable to walk around in. The only issue I had was sometimes little grains of sand would get stuck in the back of my ankle, which was irritating. But I don't think that is the fault of the shoes. Sand gets in everything.I love the variety of colors they come in. I got the fuchsia. They look adorable. ;-) My husband got the blue. He is very happy with his as well!These are decent water shoes. I’ve had several pairs of water shoes and these aren’t bad you just need to buy one size up or else you’ll be struggling to get them on. I would not describe them as quick drying compared to other water shoes but they do fine. If you’re looking for arch support you need to spend a lot more money.They were what I expected for the price. I bought them for whitewater rafting and they did the job. The soles do come out when you take the shoes off when wet. I read that in another review so I was not shocked by that.They are pretty comfortable for being cheap shoes and I think they would work fine for lake/ocean as well. For the price point I think they are a good buy if you only plan on wearing them occasionally.The toes I think are more for decoration because when you actually put the shoe on, your toes don't feel like they are compartmentalized. I even ordered a size down from my usual size. That was fine with me, but if you are looking for real "toe shoes" these are probably not the ones. Overall, for just a pair of vacation shoes, they were good for me.I like how it didn't slide off my feet while in the water. I love the toe box!These are my go-to garden shoes. I have MS and foot drop, so need those rubbery toe caps. I can get them on, tugging lightly on the ankle cord. The mesh is lined with finer mesh, so sand doesn’t get in. There’s no arch support. Got the same shoe from Fresko last year, but these were cheaper so bought Norty. The insole tends to come out when you take them off, esp. when wet. No biggie. Good cheap shoes.For a size 10. The wife wears a size 9 and she couldn't close the velcro tab. Maybe make the tab longer.HI, this product would have been excellent and i'm considering in reorder but because the size was too large I wanted to return to Amazon but I didn't exactly know the procedure so I mail it back to where it said it came from which where in Mississauga warehouse in Canada, even if I had my return address in Canada, on the box, the warehouse never return the boxe and now I assume it's lost in the no man land
